OUR MINISTRIES

YOUTH MINISTRIES
Every Monday night, students ages 10 through high school come together for Strive. We start at 6:30 PM with pizza, snacks, and dessert, then dive into a fun and faith-filled evening of worship, games, and a message. Afterward, students connect in age-based small groups—10-year-olds through middle school wrap up at 8:30 PM, and high schoolers finish around 9:00 PM.

COMPASSION FOR COMMUNITY
The community stepped up in so many ways after Zion’s fire! As a church family, we have always believed in and stood behind those in the community in need; financially emotional or spiritually; and we want to give back! There have been many concerns that we as Zion Community Church have been able to help with due to the generosity of your giving.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
A group of ladies meet weekly, on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm, to knit/crochet prayer shawls for community members in need of God’s comforting or healing touch. Contact one of the ministers, if you know anyone in such need, and arrangements will be made to provide them one of these ‘miraculously’ God-touched creations .

BIBLE STUDY
On Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm, anyone is welcome to join in a group of eager learners reading and discussing various sections of the Bible. The curriculum changes when one study is completed, and new one is selected by the group for the next sessions.

PEARL CITY FOOD PANTRY
The Pearl City Food Pantry is open the second and fourth Saturday of each month, at the lower level of the Pearl City United Methodist Church, from 9-11 am. Zion Community Church accepts donations for the pantry at any time, and supplies volunteers every fifth month.

CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our youth (ages 2-10) gather each Sunday during the service to learn about the Bible and how they too can spread the work of God.
